A LA CARTE CLEANING

 
This service is included in Spring Cleaning (Deep Clean) and in our  Move-In/Out.  For recurring customers, you may want to add this service once a year or on occasion.  Deluxe and CORE cleaning include dusting and spot cleaning baseboards but every so often you may need to hand wash all your baseboards in certain rooms or even the entire home.

Price is estimated by sq footage of the home. 

 
We will clean the Exterior windows of your home as long as we can reach them with a step ladder. Standard window size is 2 1/2 ft wide by 5 ft tall. Use 2 or more windows to match the size of any large or bay windows. This service is not added to the Spring Clean & Move-In/Out prices but can be added to recurring services at any time.  

$ 9 Dollars per window 

We spot vacuum upholstered chairs and couches, at no additional charge, if we see pet hair.

If most of the couch needs to be vacuumed then you should consider adding this additional service. We will vacuum all exterior surfaces and if the cushion can be removed we will vacuum all sides of the cushions and the area where the cushions sit.

We will fold your clothes and place them in your basket in an orderly fashion. We can place shirts and pants on hangers based on your instructions. We typically do not put clothes away but it is an option.  We can wash clothes there is only enough time to do two loads.

PRICE: 

 $8 a load to fold only.  

$13 to wash, dry, fold each load.

We can clean screened in porch, weather permitting.

Prices are based on the size of the room.  These prices are located on our Pricing Tool.

It is customary to include this task in a Move-In/Out cleaning because these areas are empty of contents.  We use a canister vacuum to get all the crumbs from the edges and corners and then hand wash all surfaces.

We can lower the price of your Move-In/Out cleaning if you want to remove this task.  We can add this task at any cleaning as long as the cabinets and drawers are empty of contents.  We do not empty cabinets and drawers.  That preparation is completed by the homeowner.  If you place those items on the counter then we cannot clean the counter or any area covered with clutter.

TIME:  10 mins per blind.   PRICE:  $10.00 per standard window size.

We make all beds for no additional cost. 

If you strip the bed and leave fresh linens, we will make the bed for no additional cost.

If we strip the bed and take your dirty linens to the laundry room, we charge a small fee.

PRICE:  $4.00 per bed stripped and new sheets.
